Basic Cooking Directions:

Preparation Time: 7 minutes. Makes 4 (½-cup) servings.
  • Place 2 cups (400mL) of water in medium pan.
  • Slowly pour the contents of the package into the water and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Boil over medium to high heat, stirring continuously for 2 minutes.
  • Turn off heat. Wait for 3 minutes then add in Citric Acid package, included in the box and stir well.
  • Pour into dessert glasses or molds.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, then serve.

Serving Suggestions: Jeannie Prebiotics Jelly Dessert Apple Flavor is delicious when topped with peaches, pineapple, cherries, chocolate chips, and whipped cream. Just leave a little extra room in the glasses, then once jelly has chilled, top and serve.

Delicious White Grape Jelly Dessert With Chocolate Syrup & Whipped Cream
  1. Follow the Basic Cooking Directions for Jeannie Prebiotics Jelly Dessert White Grape through no. 4.
  2. Prepare four champagne glasses, by placing a few grapes into each glass.
  3. Pour Jeannie into the champagne glasses about 3/4 full and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Top with chocolate syrup and whipped cream and serve.

Layered Blueberry & Peach Jelly Dessert
  1. Follow the Basic Cooking Directions for 1 package of Jeannie Prebiotics Jelly Dessert Blueberry and 1 package of Jeannie Prebiotics Jelly Dessert Peach using separate pans.
  2. Prepare four 200mL cocktail glasses by pouring a half glass of Jeannie Blueberry into 2 glasses and a half glass of Jeannie Peach into the remaining 2 glasses.
  3. Place the glasses in the Freezer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the remaining Jeannie Blueberry into the two glasses containing Jeannie Peach, and the remaining Jeannie Peach into the two glasses containing Jeannie Blueberry.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.

  3. Pour Jeannie into the champagne glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Top with whipped cream and orange zest and serve.
